Bob Swander
Bob is a highly experienced and successful real estate broker, rancher, community leader, and family man.  He is a native Wyomingite who has spent most of his life working close to the land, as well as for people in Wyoming. 

Bob's expertise in resolving water rights issues and property access is unmatched in the region. Resolving legal access issues for properties locked up by surrounding private or public owners is a service he thoroughly understands and has the patience to guide all parties through the process. Roy, Bob's son, has been an active Realtor® since 2007. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, has solid agriculture experience and well-diversified experiences.
