The irrigated farms, currently in alfalfa, have been leased out in the past to area farmers raising sugar beets, malt barley and corn. Some land is managed in irrigated pastures providing high, profitable gain on cattle. This area produces record breaking crops of sugar beets, alfalfa, small grain, field beans, corn and similar crops due to  the long growing season, good soils and ample irrigation water. Tenant farmers are available to farm these lands.

The Mountain Ranch commences in the foothills at an elevation of about 3800', east of Big Horn Lake and stretches all the way to the top of the Big Horn Mountains at 8,000'. Also available is nearly 2,000 AUMs of excellent fall and winter grazing.

RECREATION:
In addition to being pretty and scenic, the Devil’s Canyon Ranch joins the Big Horn National Forest for several miles as well as Big Horn Lake and Big Horn Canyon National Recreation Area.
